We at Freemyme bring a selection of different types of workouts to our studios. From lifting to jumping, throwing, footwork and
coordination drills, which we incorporate into teamwork programs and exercises,
while allowing individuals to explore their physical fitness, among their chosen community.

to new and unassisted movements, lifts and drills, which test and therefore improve the individuals capabilities.

Our 40 minute power-sessions are perfect for a lunch break date with fitness, health and a positively prosperous appointment.
Our changing rooms, lockers and showers complete the process with calmness-infusing background music,
which will have the team back to the office, ready to power through the commonly dreaded ‘afternoon slump’.
