at the moment of joining the Club the Member can subscribe one of the Club’s offered packages or Memberships. It is hereby agreed that each mentioned package offers different duration , discounts and payments methods. All packages are subject to automatic renewal upon expiration of the package, unless otherwise specified by the user before the expiration date of the chosen package. The Member hereby declares to have freely chosen the preferred package or memberships among all offered ones after reading and understanding all the diffrent packages and membership conditions. The Members are moreover entitled to all Club’s Services and Promotions as specified in our website (www.freemyme.com). Freemyme invites the Members to read carefully all offered Packages, Memberships, Services and Promotions T&Cs before making any purchase. By clicking “Place Order” you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
the Member hereby agrees and accepts all Payment Terms and Conditions specified for each package or membership. If the Member chooses to pay by monthly instalments via electronic bank transfers or CREDIT/DEBIT card, the Member hereby authorises the Club to effect payment for monthly dues and approved membership charges for the duration of the entire membership through electronic bank transfer or CREDIT/DEBIT cards. This authorisation is to remain in full effect until freemyme has received WRITTEN NOTIFICATION from the Member on cancellation. In all circumstances and regardless the chosen method of payment, if any payment whatsoever remains outstanding, the Club will give written notice that the membership is suspended pending payment of the outstanding sum. Until such time as payment is received, the Member will not be entitled to use any of the facilities. Every membership may be terminated or suspended by the Club and will not be reactivated unless the outstanding sums are paid. Once the Club has received the payment of the outstanding sums, the Member will be entitled to use the facilities and activities once more, but the membership will only be valid until the original expiration date that will vary according to the type of purchased packages or memberships and the related expiration dates. For the avoidance of doubts, if the validity of purchased packages has expired while the membership was suspended, the unused sessions will be considered anyhow expired although unused during the suspension of membership while pending the payment of outstanding sums.

You become a member at freemyme after registering online and accepting our terms and conditions.
As a freemyme member you can decide to buy single classes, personal training or alternatively you can take advantage of our special packages and memberships that grant special discounts and enable you to book any classes and personal training sessions of your choice whenever you want.
You can visit our Prices page if you would like further details of different types of packages and memberships that are available.
You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment (including but not limited to pregnancy) that might prevent you from your intended use of freemyme’s facilities. As such, you acknowledge that freemyme did not give you medical advice before you joined, and cannot give you any after you join, relating to your physical condition and ability to use the facilities. If you have any health or medical concerns now or after you join, discuss them with your Doctor and provide a Medical Certificate of Good Health certifying that you are fit to join and use the Club before using any of our facilities.
Change In Facilities and Operating Hours:
As a result of repair, maintenance or special occasions, the gym may be required to restrict the use or temporarily close the gym’s facilities or activities from time to time. There will be no reduction, suspension, abatement, reduction or apportionment of membership fees or other charges during such time when the above-mentioned occurs. Gym’s hours of operation may be modified from time to time. The club reserves the right to change the facility from time to time, to eliminate some facilities and services, to add others to add, modify and/or eliminate programs, activities, classes or services.
GENERAL POLICIES FOR MINORS:
To join, all minors need the consent of a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must sign a consent form that will be provided upon request by email (email@example.com)
Minors Under 14: must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in the facilities, unless participating in a freemyme approved youth program.
Minors 14 – 17: May use freemyme facilities without being accompanied by a parent or guardian if the minor is a member or a guest and their parent or guardian signed the consent form. freemyme reserves the right, in its discretion, to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.
GYM USE & BEHAVIOUR:
Opening times for the gym will be prominently displayed at the gym.
You are respectfully requested to leave the gym with sufficient time to enable you to use the showering and changing facilities if desired, and to leave the gym premises punctually at the time of closing.
All gym facilities will close at the advertised closing time with the exception of any private functions.
You may not bring pets (other than guide dogs) onto the gym premises.
You must not take any photography or movie shots in the gym (including by use of a camera on a mobile phone or PDA).
We reserve the right to use any individual or group photographs or movie shots of you for press or promotional purposes. However, where reasonably possible, we will ask you to sign a use of image rights form (a “freemyme photography reproduction authorisation form”) to consent to this usage.
You must not bring weapons of any kind.
You should seek instruction before using unfamiliar equipment.
Appropriate clean exercise clothing must be worn whilst exercising.
You are asked to wipe down gym equipment after use.
You are asked to arrive at the gym ten (10) minutes prior to any personal training, class, or induction appointments. If you don’t check in for the class within 5 (five minutes) prior to class staring, your spot may be given away to other customers
You may not take part to any class or personal training session while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, beta-blockers, narcotics, tranquilizers or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely.
You should conduct yourself in a quiet and well-mannered fashion when in the club, and in a manner that will not disturb or impair the use and enjoyment of the gym by any other person. In particular you may not use foul, loud, or abusive language, nor will you behave in a threatening manner, nor will you molest, or harass, other Members, guests, visitors, or Members of staff. You may not bring, use, or be under the influence of illegal drugs in any part of the club. You may not bring any intoxicating
liquor into the gym or be drunk in the club.
We may terminate your freemyme Membership (if applicable) and may refuse you entry into the club, or eject you from the club, if you commit a serious or repeated breach of these Rules, or if you engage in any other serious misconduct.
Members of the club their guests, visitors, and members of staff should at all times display mutual respect for each other.
Complaints should be communicated privately to a member of the club, or in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Smoking is prohibited in any area of the club including the use of e-cigarettes or similar devices.
Only one individual is permitted in a shower cubicle at any one time (with the exception of a parent or guardian who may take his/her own child aged up to 8 years into a shower cubicle with him/her).
Members are respectfully requested to store coats and rucksacks in the lockers provided.
If you need to cancel your class please remember to do so online or via your App AT LEAST 3 hours before the start of any daily session and to AT LEAST 12 hours before the start of any morning session before 9am, in order to avoid losing your session and/or cancellation fees.

FOR UNLIMITED CUSTOMERS:
If you cancel AT LEAST 3 hours before the start of the session any daily sessions and AT LEAST 12 hours before the start of the session any morning sessions starting before 9am, there will be no charge.
If you cancel LESS than 3 hours before the start of the session any daily sessions and LESS then 12 hours before the start of the session any morning sessions starting before 9am, then this will automatically be marked as a late cancellation.
If you do not show up to your session then this will be marked as a late cancellation/no show.
After 3 late cancellations/no shows, your account will be temporarily locked and there will be a cancellation fee of €15 to be paid in order to unlock your account and continue training.
FOR CUSTOMERS ON 3 a Week OR 5 a Week MEMBERSHIP:
If you cancel AT LEAST 3 hours before the start of the session any daily sessions and AT LEAST 12 hours before the start of the session any morning sessions starting before 9am, there will be no charge.
If you do not show up to your session then this will be marked as a late cancellation/no show and your class will be deducted from your weekly balance.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITH PAY AS YOU GO PACKAGES:
If you cancel AT LEAST 3 hours before the start of the session any daily sessions and AT LEAST 12 hours before the start of the session any morning sessions starting before 9am, you will automatically redeem the session back onto your PAYG package.
If you cancel LESS than 3 hours before the start of the session any daily sessions and LESS then 12 hours before the start of the session any morning sessions starting before 9am or do not show up then this will be marked as a late cancellation/no show and the session will be deducted from your package and will not be redeemable.
We will not accept emails, facebook messages, text messages or phone calls as valid cancellations. All cancellations must be done through your online account or App.
If you cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your private session, there will be no charge and you will be able to redeem the session back.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of the session or do not show up, then this will automatically be marked as a late cancellation/no show and you will unfortunately lose your session and this will not be redeemable.
All cancellations must be done through your online account or App as well as directly informing your instructor.
RETREATS, WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
Different cancellation policies apply according to the type of the event. Please check terms and conditions of each event to find out about the cancellation policies.
FITNESS CLASSES AND GROUP SESSIONS
You must pre-book classes online to ensure your participation.
Class timetables and instructors are subject to change from time to time.
You are requested not to open the doors while a class is in progress, as this may interfere with the operation of the air-conditioning system and disrupt other participants.
In order to avoid disturbing classes, you are requested to arrive in good time. Entrance to classes will be barred to anyone arriving more than five (5) minutes late.
An instructor may, at any time, ask you to leave a class if you are jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others.
Lockers are made available subject to availability. You must provide your own padlocks and lock your locker whilst in use, both for security reasons, and to show other people that the locker is occupied. freemyme does not undertake that use of a locker will guarantee that no theft of or damage to your property will occur. We will not accept any liability in relation to locker thefts unless they result from our negligence. You should check that your household contents or other insurance policy protects you against any risk of theft.
Lockers may only be used for the purposes of keeping gym kit, toiletries, and the clothing that you were wearing when you came to the gym. The keeping of any other items in the gym’s lockers is prohibited. If freemyme has reasonable grounds to suspect that a locker is being used in breach of this Rule, freemyme reserves the right to open the locker in question (by force if necessary) and remove any offending items.
Lockers are available for use only while you are on the club’s premises. Use of a locker while not on the club premises is prohibited. If you leave your belongings overnight in a locker (other than in any designated private locker), freemyme reserves the right to open the locker (by force if necessary) and remove your belongings.
Your belongings, so removed, will be available for collection from the club’s Reception for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not collect your belongings within thirty (30) days, your belongings may be donated to charity.
Where available lockers and locker keys remain the property of the gym locker keys must not be taken from the gym’s premises at any time.
DRESS CODE AND ETIQUETTE
freemyme requires you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear while in its facilities. Here are general guidelines: gym shorts, T-shirts, jogging, aerobic and sweat outfits are all right for exercising or aerobics, but street clothes/shoes and jeans are not. You must have a towel with you during workouts.
Use of steroids to increase strength or growth can cause serious health problems. Steroids can keep teenagers from growing to their full height; they can also cause heart disease, stroke, and damage liver function. Men and women using steroids may develop fertility problems, personality changes, and acne. Men can also experience premature balding and development of breast tissue. There are also civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized sale, use, or exchange of anabolic steroids.
freemyme may in all circumstances terminate the membership if: a) the Member has seriously broken the club’s rules or any terms of this Agreement; b) the Member does not pay any fee or charge due based on the membership or package purchased
Returns & Refunds
REFUND AND FREEZING POLICY
- 11.1 FREEZE POLICY: The FREEZE Policy applies only to UNLIMITED Memberships, and has a maximum duration of 15 days for the whole duration of the Unlimited Membership. In order to activate the freezing, the customer must write an email at email@example.com, specifying the number of days of the desired freezing period. The 15 days maximum allowance can be taken all at once or in separate moments, but in any case we won’t be able to extend them above 15 days. Furthermore the club will only freeze the purchased package if the Member is in good standing, the Member has paid all agreed fees and/or monthly dues and has provided at least ten days’ notice for a freeze request to allow the Club to process the request.For any other Membership outside of the UNLIMITED the FREEZE POLICY applies only in one of the following cases:
- 11.1.A Medical Disability: in case of supervening medical disability, the Member shall provide to the Club a medical certificate stating that the medical disability will prevent the Member from using Club’s facilities. The maximum for a medical freeze is six (6) months.
- 11.1.B Temporary Employment Transfer: in case of Temporary Employment Transfer, the Member shall provide to the club an employer’s declaration (on company letterhead) stating that the Member is being temporarily transferred. The location of Temporary Employment Transfer must be outside Malta. The minimum term for a Temporary Employment Transfer Freeze is three (3) months and the maximum freeze is six (6) months.
- 11.1.C All other cases and circumstances will be evaluated by the Club that will discretionally decide if there are all qualifications and requirements to accept the written request to temporarily freeze the package. In all cases and circumstances a related request shall be provided in writing with no less than ten days’ prior notice.
- 11.2 FREEZE REQUEST DECISIONS: If the request will not be accepted, the Member will be notified that the request has been denied and the related package shall remain active unless cancelled.
- 11.3 CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: For any purchased packages the following cancellation policy applies:
- 11.3.A Any package paid full upfront can be cancelled at any time with a refund of 75% of the package value and a further deduction of the sessions that have already been used.
- Any membership purchased and paid with monthly instalments can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of 2 months, after which no more monthly instalments will be charged. The membership cancellation must be sent in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case the 2 months notice period is not given, freemyme will deduct 2 months fee before cancelling the membership.
- 11.3.B You can cancel your package at any time if your circumstances change to such an extent that it is not possible for you to continue to use the Club’s facilities (for example, you have an injury or medical condition, become pregnant, move to a different workplace abroad). We will need to receive documents as proof of the change in your circumstances in order to cancel your package. We will refund the package value and a further deduction of the sessions that have already been used will also apply.
Packages and Memberships purchased during special promotional periods or at a discounted price are to be considered non refundable

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR APPAREL & MERCHANDISE
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or offer a voucher of the same value, providing you process your return request within 7 days of your purchase and the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sold to you with all tags/labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached. For any return/exchange you wish to do please bear in mind that we cannot refund you with cash.
