Anoosha

Annosha Iftikhar

This London girl, with 8 years of experience in carving bodies, building fitness levels and motivating
those she encountered, has worked with a broad spectrum of students and clients, from children,
to athletes, to the elderly. Not only did she gather the professional insight which only few experienced
trainers develop, but through her experiences, Anoosha also picked up a deeper understanding of the
body and the importance of mindset, which she uses in her training methods.

Pam Borg

Pam has been involved in the fitness and dance industry from a young age, bringing
many years of experience in fitness, dance classes, personal training, and outdoor training sessions.
Pam achieved a First and National Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development then moved to
London to pursue a Degree in Contemporary Dance. In London, she worked as a personal trainer
in one of London’s leading gyms as well gaining two more fitness certificates:
sports specific nutrition and primal flow fitness instructor.
Since she’s been back in Malta, Pam has been training and competing as a Crossfit athlete
as well as teaching contemporary Dance.

Troy

After training and competing in athletics from the age of 13-21, reaching the height of 2nd best Decathlete in the U.K for his age group,
Troy decided to take training up at a new level. Training
and coaching others gave him an opportunity to use all of the fitness components he learned as
an athlete and to help people with their fitness goals.

Tara Ebejer

Tara trained gymnastics and tennis for over 5 years and then turned to weight training as a form of therapy for herself
which escalated into the will to compete in Bikini Fitness where she won her class twice and is now
Malta’s National Champion in IFBB Malta <160cm.
Tara believes in diversity and combining several training methods and techniques in order to achieve optimum results,
whilst continuously challenging the body’s capabilities and stepping out of her comfort zone.

 

She is a true believer in a positive mindset and setting realistic goals, enjoying the journey and allowing the results to flourish!
She loves to motivate and guide all her clients in a way that they enjoy each and every element of training and self-development.
It’s more than training and nutrition, it’s a lifestyle.
